Cancellation. If we have received the full payment from you we must be advised in writing that you wish to cancel your booking. We will make every effort to re-let but we recommend holiday insurance.
Arrival and Departure. Entry times may vary for low season short breaks, to be agreed in advance between visitors and our manager.
The cottage sleeps up to six, so only the number of people listed on the booking form can stay, the person who signs the booking form is responsible for ensuring that the conditions of let are adhered to. Any loss or damage must be reported to our manager.
Pets. We would like to make your dog welcome but remind guests that this is livestock country and pets must be kept under strict and proper control at all times. Dogs should not be left alone in cottage or garden and should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture. For the convenience of other visitors the garden should show no signs of your pet when you leave.
Damage or Breakages. Please inform our manager if something is damaged or broken during your holiday so that repairs can be organised before the next visitors. It is rarely possible to engage a tradesman or find replacement equipment on a Saturday morning. We reserve the right of the manager or her representative to enter the cottage in the event of a breakage.
