Arrival and Departure
The cottage will be ready for you from 4.00pm on the agreed Friday/Saturday and must be vacated by 10.00am on the agreed departure date to allow time to prepared for the next group of holiday visitors. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival and towels provided at Drumshanganlea. Entry times may vary for low season short breaks, to be agreed in advance between visitors and Mrs Clarkson.
Pets
We like to make your dog welcome but this is farming country and animals must be kept under strict and proper control at all times. Dogs should not be left alone in cottage or garden and should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture. For the convenience of other visitors the garden should be clear of dog dirt when you leave.
Stabling and/or Grazing
The Clarksons are able to provide accommodation for horses at Drumruck two to three miles distant from the cottages. If required, this should be discussed at the time of booking.
Damage or Breakages
Please inform Mrs Clarkson if something is damaged or broken during your holiday so that repairs can be organised before the next visitors. It is rarely possible to engage a tradesman or find replacement equipment on a Saturday morning. We reserve the right of the manager or her representative to enter the cottage in the event of a breakage.
