You can walk from the door in any direction to enjoy wildlife and glorious views. If you are lucky, otters can be seen in the rivers, deer on the hills and red squirrels in the oak and beech trees of nearby Carstramon Wood. Birdlife is varied and prolific. And there's no light pollution to spoil the beauty of a starry night. A well controlled dog is welcome. Stabling and/or grazing can be provided at Drumruck.
